Behind the scenes with our CrossFit Novem’s Athletes of the Month, Eddie!
What got you into CrossFit?
The culture and structured workouts and training you receive is what attracted me to give it a try and I have been hooked ever since.
Name a fitness goal that you have.
I want to be able to do all CrossFit movements i.e muscle ups, UB double unders and improve my shoulder stability.
Tell us one thing about yourself that no one in the gym knows about you.
I loveeee country music. Being from NYC there wasn’t any country stations so when I moved to Delaware I was converted.
What is your Athletic background?
I played college football at the University of Delaware and also wrestled in High School where I was a state champ.
Favorite Benchmark, wod, and lift.
I love any wod that doesn’t consist of jump roping and my favorite lift is the clean and jerk.
How has CrossFit impacted your life?
Crossfit has filled in that competitive void I have had since I stopped playing football and after a long stressful work day it helps me take it out on some weights and WODs.
