Olympic lifting brings speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to your strength training. During Barbell class you’ll work on these indispensable lifts as well as additional strength movements designed to make you stronger, faster, and more coordinated. We are a USAW certified barbell club, with USAW Level 1 and 2 coaches.
Barbell classes are kept small to ensure you get individualized coaching and support while working through these challenging movements. You’ll learn to quickly and safely move heavy weights to increase strength in all lifts.

CROSSFIT DROP IN’S
You Must Be an experienced in CrossFit for at least 3 months: $20 per class
Please email us at least 24 hours in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org Introduce yourself by letting us know how long you have been doing CrossFit and the name of your current gym. Along with your personal info, let us know what day and time you would like to attend, we limit the number of athletes per class and classes fill up fast! Looking forward to your visit!
$25 for a 20 minute overview of our movement standards and scalings.
(assessments are for athletes who have practiced CrossFit in the past but are currently out of practice. Been out for over 6 months to a year+ we may suggest you take our Fast Track On-Ramp or Register for our up coming On-Ramp session.)
