Olympic lifting brings speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to your strength training. During Barbell class you’ll work on these indispensable lifts as well as additional strength movements designed to make you stronger, faster, and more coordinated. We are a USAW certified barbell club, with USAW Level 1 and 2 coaches.
Barbell classes are kept small to ensure you get individualized coaching and support while working through these challenging movements. You’ll learn to quickly and safely move heavy weights to increase strength in all lifts.

CROSSFIT DROP IN’S
You Must Be an experienced in CrossFit for at least 3 months: $20 per class
(please email us at least 48 hours in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to signing up for a class and introduce yourself to let us know you are coming in for a WOD, along with how long you have been doing CrossFit and the name of your current Box. We can’t wait to meet you!)
$25 for a 1 hour overview of our movement standards and scalings.
