Macros are referencing to macronutrients. Macronutrients are comprised of Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats (ideally healthy fats) and with the right balance of these 3 macronutrients you can feel your absolute best.

This past February we had a “Find a healthy relationship with food challenge” – The challenge is still going on for some of us! Which is amazing when you can find that balance and it no longer feels like a chore.
