Today we are in the spirit of the CrossFit Games post season competitions. (start lining them up!) From this years Olympics to our new folks who are getting their feet wet at the Festivus Games at CrossFit South Philly or to our seasoned athletes Gettin’ Some at the Piazza in Northern Liberties. We are testing our feats of strength, patience and feeding our hunger to do our best.

With today’s workout we had a judge for each athlete, not only is this a great opportunity to try your hand at being a judge for local competitions in the future, but this also is an opportunity to hold each other accountable on full range of motion and accuracy in our reps. These types of workouts build character… so ask yourself these questions: “Did my chin go over the bar?”, “Did my chest touch the floor on that last rep?“, “Did I sit all the way up?“, “Am I low enough in my squat?“, “What number was I on?” Be strong, be honest and work hard.

Mobility WOD:

7 Minutes

Hips, shoulders, ankles.

Conditioning WOD:

400 Meter Run

50 Pull Ups

50 Push Ups

50 Sit Ups

50 Squats

400 Meter Run

Everyone had a partner acting as a judge to an athlete and visa versa. One partner worked One partner judged. When your first partner went on their run the judge warmed up and started their workout shortly after the first working partner came across the finish line.
