What a fantastic day at CrossFit Novem! We took full advantage of the nice weather by doing lots of run for our Team WOD. It was great to see such good attendance at our gym so keep up the good work guys!
We had another really great yoga session this time by Meg from Armita Yoga! Remember folks we will continue to have it every weekend as long as the attendance is still this awesome!
