What made you decide to join our Novem BootCamp?
My best friend Tricia got me to join! She and I like to try out new workouts together, and this one really stuck. I loved how strong it made me feel, and everyone was so nice and supportive.
Name a fitness goal that you have.
I would love to be able to do a Toes to Bar! Running Broad Street will also be a fitness goal of mine that I am going to complete on May 5th!
Tell us one thing about yourself that no one in the gym knows about you.
I don’t know how to ride a bike!
What is your Athletic background?
I’ve always played sports and worked out. I was never really good at anything, but always enjoyed the people I met, and staying in shape. I have done a lot of different workouts from Zumba to Dance-Pilates to Novem Bootcamp!
What is your Favorite and Least Favorite Movement? Why?
I HATE lunges. I don’t know why, I just hate them. I love burpees. I know they are tough, but they are a quick movement that works your full body and gets your heart rate up.
How has BootCamp changed your outlook on everyday life?
Being able to get my workout in at 6 am and see me early morning crew makes me feel really ready for the day, and like I can accomplish anything. It really puts me in a positive and productive mindset.
