What made you decide to join our Novem BootCamp?
I had been looking for a place to increase my training intensity as well as my accountability and was having dinner on a Saturday evening when Jamie said that we were starting CrossFit Novem on Monday at 6am. Since then it has been written into the schedule religiously.
Name a fitness goal that you have.
I want to be able to strict pull-ups. It’s been the goal from day one.
Tell us one thing about yourself that no one in the gym knows about you.
I am a soccer coach with over 20 years of experience training players that have gone on to college, the pros and the men’s and Women’s national team.
What is your Athletic background?
As a youth I participated in most teams sports, baseball soccer , basketball and in my 20s I got into competitive Olympic Weightlifting.
What is your Favorite and Least Favorite Movement? Why?
My favorite is actually anything done in a chipper style workout. I love how you have to dig deep to keep going…. least is that darn assault bike! Definitely a love hate relationship!!
How has BootCamp changed your outlook on everyday life?
Being part of the community now, I find myself wanting to make better choices when not at the box… food sleep so on.
