    For Tuesday we introduced the Split Jerk to our newer members at CrossFit Novem.  Although this could be a challenging movement, everyone did great in executing the movement.   Great job folks!    For second portion of the workout we did a fun descending and ascending ladder of burpees and kettle bell swings.  Great job with keeping

    Today we focused and the “Clean” hitting a heavy Clean on the minute for tens minutes. This Skill/Strength combo was a great opportunity for beginners and seasoned vets. The beginners really showed great determination with every lift, as for the Vets this gave our coaches the opportunity to start analyzing their Clean under the microscope.

    Today we decided to hit a benchmark the “Filthy Fifty”. It was a lot of our members first bench mark WOD at CrossFit Novem, everyone did a great job powering through it. Patrick got the best time of 19:44 beating his previous personal record by 6 minutes! Great job P-Rock! Colin who was not satisfied
