Happy hump day everyone!  For the first portion of the class we worked on High Bar Back Squats focusing on building strength.  Remember to focus on maintaining a tight core throughout the entire squat it ensure that you will not “break” at the bottom.  For the conditioning portion of the workout we did a task

Happy hump day everyone!  For the first portion of the class we worked on High Bar Back Squats focusing on building strength.  Remember to focus on maintaining a tight core throughout the entire squat it ensure that you will not “break” at the bottom.  For the conditioning portion of the workout we did a task priority workout of ring dips, situps, and double unders.  Special thanks to Rob for teaching our evening classes for us!
