WOD 010812: Football Gone Bad Novem Style!


Funday Sunday Folks!  Today we did a CrossFit Football workout but we did Front Squats instead of the traditional Thrusters.  Great job by all the folks for keeping their elbows up throughout the entire front squat movement.
