WOD 011312: Snatches Situp and Press Clapping Pushups


TGIF!  Today we worked on Snatches focusing on form and range of motion.  For some of our newer folks who has never done that movement before, they did it from the hang position.  Special shout out goes to Andrew who has been back for two days despite a bum ankle!  Great to have you on

With class sizes getting bigger remember to sign up for classes that way it does not get too crowded!  We feel that in order to run an effective class with the proper coaching it is imperative that we keep class sizes small.  So reserve your spot!

Good luck to all to Walt, Nick, Colin, Patrick, Lesha, Topper and Brian who are competing at the Garage Games tomorrow!  We hope to see many more members join this group in 2012!
