Happy Monday folks!  We are so glad that the website is finally back and functional.  Now we can put up all the pictures of you guys on the websites again! We worked on Deadlifts today focusing on working through 5 reps of 3 sets with the same weight across.  Nice job by Walt and Terps

We worked on Deadlifts today focusing on working through 5 reps of 3 sets with the same weight across.  Nice job by Walt and Terps getting a new 5 rep max!  Also nice work by Ramon, and Ross for doing their first workout with double unders!

Welcome back Jamie from a brief absence, its so awesome to have you back on the team!

We are bring Amrita Yoga to CrossFit Novem!  It starts on Feb. 11th at 1p-2p it is $5 per person per class.  We will have a sign up online just like everything else.  We will let you know when you will be able to sign up but we hope we get enough people to hold the class!

Since we are getting busier we have decided to added another class into our schedule!  We will let you know what it is later this week!
