WOD 022812: Strict Half Cindy

We started the day off with some Low Bar Back Squats working up to a new five rep max.  Nice job by everyone who achieved a new PR with this lift.  Its really great to see that everyone is starting to get stronger since they joined CrossFit Novem!

For the metcon we did a spiced up version of Half Cindy working on strict pushups instead of kipping.  Nice job by Abby for doing her first WOD with strict pushups!  For all the folks that have strict pushups make sure that you are not “worming” through the movement.  Remember keep your core tight, squeeze your butt, and then do the pushup!
