WOD 030112: Double Unders Handstands Situps Wallballs Run


Happy Thursday folks!  Today we wanted to kick things off working on Handstands and Double Unders.  Great job by Maura for getting into a Handstand, Angie for getting double unders, and Ken for walking on his hands! For the workout we did some Running, Wallballs, Double Unders, and Situps!  Remember when you are doing wallballs

Happy Thursday folks!  Today we wanted to kick things off working on Handstands and Double Unders.  Great job by Maura for getting into a Handstand, Angie for getting double unders, and Ken for walking on his hands!

For the workout we did some Running, Wallballs, Double Unders, and Situps!  Remember when you are doing wallballs try to stay underneath that ball so you can get as many reps as possible.  The second you walk away from that wall you will not want to get back underneath it!

Also happy B-day Nick!  His present is doing the WOD while wearing a weight vest!  Happy 28th!
