WOD 032312: Deadlifts Lunges High Pulls


We started our workout today with Deadlifts working on sets across.  Remember when doing the deadlift to maintain a tight back throughout the entire lift.  Nice work by Julie and Nicola for completing their first deadlifts!  We did a challenging AMRAP of Lunges and High Pulls.
