Today CrossFit Novem celebrated our 6 month anniversary!  To kick it off in style we flashed back to our first workout “Cindy” and came up with a different modification of our first WOD. Today CrossFit Novem celebrated our 6 month anniversary!  To kick it off in style we flashed back to our first workout “Cindy” and came up with a different modification of our first WOD.

Congrats to Walt who has lost a whopping 40lbs since he started with us!  Jim who has slimmed down and drop many pants sizes since he has started.  Andrew who has dropped 30+lbs since starting CrossFit and Steve who could not even bend down to do a proper deadlift is now close to a 250lb 1 rep MAX!  There are many more success stories but we just want to let you  guys know that we are so proud of everyone’s achievements!  Keep it up!

Shout out goes to Erin, Mike, and Phil for hitting their first WODs doing kipping pullups!  Also congrats to Ali for get 10 double unders in a row!  BOOM!

Also welcome Lonnie to the team who not only killed it in the WOD but also hit his first double unders during the skill portion!
