Happy Monday everyone!  Today we decided to do the benchmark Annie!  The first time we did this workout there were only a few of us that were able to do double unders.  So if you did it Rxed this time around great job!

Note to everyone if you are coming to rock climbing please make sure that you guys have RSVPed on the website or talked to Abby!  Also afterwards we plan to go to PYT so please make sure that you guys RSVP for that at the gym!  Its going to be a fun filled Saturday!
