WOD 050412: 5 Rounds of Cleaning!


Happy Friday folks!  Today we did some deadlifts for the strength portion of the workout.  For some of our newer folks it was the first time that they did the deadlift as a pure strength movement so focusing on form is super important.  For the workout we did 5 rounds of Running, Cleans, and Pullups!
