Happy Friday Everyone!  Today we worked on Low Bar Back Squats for the strength portion of the workout.  Remember when doing the low bar back squats make sure that your hands are on a wider grip on the bar then the other back squats.  Your  wrists will thank you by doing so! Strength Low Bar
