Happy Thursday folks!  Today we worked on Turkish Getups for the skill portion of the workout.  When doing this movement make sure that you have a active shoulder and maintain a full lockout during the entire lift!  This will ensure that you keep your balance.  For the WOD we did a 12 minute AMRAP that

Happy Thursday folks!  Today we worked on Turkish Getups for the skill portion of the workout.  When doing this movement make sure that you have a active shoulder and maintain a full lockout during the entire lift!  This will ensure that you keep your balance.  For the WOD we did a 12 minute AMRAP that involved jumping, Pulling, and Pushing.  Nice work by ROCK who killed the workout by getting 7 rounds!
