WOD 071012: 2 AMRAPs in One Day!


Today we changed things up a bit by doing two short AMRAPs instead of a traditional Strength and Metcon portion.  The two workouts are setup where you need to keep the intensity but need to save some to be able to finish the second workout.  Great job by everyone for battling through the two AMRAPs!
