WOD 082112: Hold on Tight!


Today we did a partner coaching workout in a 10 minute AMRAP of  Wallballs, Burpeesm and Toes to Bar.  It was the classic looks a whole lot easier until you do the workout!  So we have been doing these partner coaching WODs for about a month now.  So what do you guys think?  Discuss below!
