WOD 090612: CrossFit Total


If you were wondering what your one Rep Max for some of the power lifts at the gym today was the day to find out!  There were PRs across the board for a lot of our folks!  Nice job everyone! On that note we do want to make sure that we STILL maintain good form

On that note we do want to make sure that we STILL maintain good form when doing these one rep max.  It only takes one bad form deadlift to put you out of commission for a long time!
