WOD 122011: Walking Lunges with Kettlebells!


For the strength WOD we focused on Front Squats working sets across.  For some of our folks the front squats are a strain to the wrists.  But do not be discouraged, with proper stretching before and after you will gain the necessary flexibility for the movement.   We are very proud to see that everyone

For the strength WOD we focused on Front Squats working sets across.  For some of our folks the front squats are a strain to the wrists.  But do not be discouraged, with proper stretching before and after you will gain the necessary flexibility for the movement.   We are very proud to see that everyone has been kicking butt and getting stronger!  If you guys look back in your log books during the first couple of weeks, you will see how much stronger and faster you guys have become! Special shout out to Chris Ryan for getting the top time of the day of 8:48!  Nice work Chris!  Also please welcome Evan to the Novem Team!
