Happy Thursday Novem!  For the strength/skill portion of the workout we focused on working on core strength with the Turkish Getup exercise.  Whether you are a beginner or not one of the most important things to do is to make sure you lock out that arm and keep you eyes on the Kettlebell the entire time!   Nice job Jim for getting 32k on the one rep max with his right arm!  (It must be the socks! 🙂  For the conditioning WOD we did a short AMRAP of 8 minutes of 8 reps of each exercise.  Nice work everyone for going prescribed for the day!   We are so glad that Jim and Kim from CFSP stopped by our gym again!  You guys are always welcome!
